I don’t really think that “time of the month” is taboo anymore, and it shouldn’t be. It’s a normal part of womanhood and well, nature! Unfortunately, it’s my least favorite 5ish days of the month. There is so much going on that sometimes the absolutely LAST thing I want to deal with is Aunt Flo. #ANNOYING
Something about becoming a mother has definitely changed how I view and experience my period. Although, sometimes its more an intense than it was before kids, I’ve learned to appreciate that its just apart of being a women. Time to embrace nature, I guess! With that being said, that doesn’t mean it’s… fun! There is A LOT going on in your body during this time so having symptoms is totally normal. The key here is to understand what’s going on and find something that tackles the discomfort make specifically for women! The more you know about your cycle and your body just empowers YOU! It’s great information to have on hand when you visit your OBGYN and when you are ready to start a family!
Pamprin is my saving grace when it comes to menstrual cramps. It is a multi-symptom pain reliever that tackles ALL of the …issues especially my biggest nemesis! Do you know what causes cramps? It’s really intense. Your uterus (a muscle) is contracting as you shed your uterine lining. Ouch! I heard the saying once “Having a period is punishment for not getting pregnant!” Haha sad but true. No worries, you don’t have to FEEL like you’re being punished! Pamprin fights ALL of the symptoms of your cycle and is formulated specifically for women!
Pamprin doesn’t just treat menstrual cramps, it’s combats the annoying bloating and helps level out your sassiness. That is huge! Without these symptoms you don’t have to let your cycle take over! Other than the general discomfort, hormones running rampant are NO fun for anyone around me to deal with. Calming my irritability during this time is a total game changer!
Pamprin is something that I have absolutely grown to rely on so that my cycle doesn’t take control over me! I know it’s a little different for everyone, but I really encourage you to find what works for you! Learning to not totally dread your very natural body experiences has been huge in helping me embrace my body and womanhood!
